SHIPPING INFO
Standard shipping on domestic items is 5-9 business days from order date. This includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 3-5 business days for delivery.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-4 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is 7-14 business days. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing.
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. I Dream is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.
If you refuse a shipment from I Dream or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Icon Swim.
